Hi, I’m Henry

Henry is a sweet, curious, and playful boy who absolutely loves attention and an active home. He has a charming personality and enjoys being involved in whatever is happening around him.
He may be a little shy when first settling in, but with a few days of patience and space, Henry quickly gains confidence and shows his affectionate side. He enjoys very gentle pats, especially soft ear rubs, and responds best when interactions are calm and respectful.
Playtime is very important for Henry. Toys and scratching aids are essential, as he has some impressive soccer skills and happily skids after balls, slides across tiles to chase ribbons, and enjoys sharpening his claws on cardboard boxes or attacking a toilet roll. He is also an excellent fly catcher. Evening zoomies are a regular event and are always entertaining to watch.
Henry is a cuddly little man who enjoys snuggling and being close to his people. He is quite happy to snooze nearby or stretch out on the floor or carpet for cuddles. He is getting more comfortable with being picked up but prefers shorter cuddles for now. He often just enjoys your company while he rests.
Providing him with a few good hiding spots, such as under a bed or in a quiet alcove, will help him feel safe and secure while he settles in or when he wants some alone time.
An outdoor area or secure cat run would be wonderful for Henry, as he loves exploring the world around him and taking in new sights and smells.
Henry would be best suited to a home with teens or adults who understand cat behaviour and can respect his boundaries. When he wants attention, he will happily let you know and may become vocal or mischievous if he feels ignored.
With the right home, plenty of play, and lots of love, Henry will make a fun, affectionate, and entertaining companion.
